Delivery

Where we deliver

Every city and town in Pakistan covered by our courier partners, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala and Sialkot.

How long it takes

2–5 working days from the day your order is confirmed. Large cities are usually at the shorter end of that range.

Delivery charge

Rs 300 per order, and free on orders over Rs 5,000. The charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Confirmation

We message every customer on WhatsApp to confirm the item, size and address before the parcel is dispatched. Nothing is sent until you confirm.

Payment

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives — nothing is paid in advance, and no card or bank details are needed to order from Zahra Closet.

Exchanges

If a size is wrong or an item is faulty, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we will exchange it. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with any tags attached.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace it at our own cost.

Wrong sizes are the most common reason for an exchange, and the easiest to avoid. Full chest, length, waist and sleeve measurements for every size we stock are on the size guide.

Refused and undelivered parcels

Because orders are paid on delivery, a refused parcel costs us the courier charge in both directions. Please only confirm an order you intend to accept — and if your plans change, a message before dispatch costs nothing and we will cancel it happily.
