Does Zahra Closet deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Zahra Closet delivers to every city in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta, as well as smaller towns served by our courier partners. Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days of being confirmed.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is how Zahra Closet takes payment on every order. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you, so nothing is paid in advance and no card or bank details are needed to order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery from Zahra Closet costs Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan, and is free on orders over Rs 5,000. The delivery charge is added at checkout and paid in cash to the courier along with the order total.
How long does delivery take?
Zahra Closet orders arrive in 2–5 working days. We confirm every order on WhatsApp first, then hand it to the courier — usually the same day it is confirmed. Large cities are typically at the shorter end of that range.
Can I exchange an item if the size is wrong?
Yes. If something does not fit, message Zahra Closet on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we will exchange it for a different size, subject to the item being unworn and unwashed with its packaging intact. Kids sizing is the most common reason for an exchange, which is why we publish full measurements for every size on our size guide.
What sizes does Zahra Closet stock?
Zahra Closet currently stocks children's sizes 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 6-12M, 9-12M, 1-1.5Y, 1-2Y, 1.5-2Y, 2-2.5Y, 2-3, 2-3Y, 2.5-3Y, 3-4Y, 4-5Y, 5-6Y, 6-7Y, 7-8Y. Exact chest, length, waist and sleeve measurements for each size are published on the size guide, and each product page lists the sizes in stock for that item.
How do I know which size to order for my child?
Measure a garment that already fits your child and compare it against the measurements on the Zahra Closet size guide, rather than ordering by age alone — children of the same age vary a great deal. If you are between sizes, order the larger one. You can also send us your child's age and height on WhatsApp and we will tell you which size to take.
How do I place an order?
Choose a size on the product page, add it to your cart and complete checkout with your name, phone number and delivery address — no account or online payment is needed. You can also message Zahra Closet on WhatsApp with the item you want and we will place the order for you.
Will my order be confirmed before it is sent?
Yes. Zahra Closet messages every customer on WhatsApp to confirm the item, the size and the delivery address before the parcel is dispatched. Nothing is sent, and nothing is owed, until you have confirmed.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?
Message Zahra Closet on WhatsApp with a photograph as soon as the parcel arrives. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will replace it at our own cost.
How much does children's clothing at Zahra Closet cost?
Zahra Closet prices range from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,700 per piece, in Pakistani rupees. The price shown on each product page is the price you pay, with the delivery charge added at checkout.
Does Zahra Closet have a physical shop?
Zahra Closet is an online store. There is no walk-in shop — orders are placed on the website or on WhatsApp and delivered to your door anywhere in Pakistan.
